  • Posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfering with other users' access to the service
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

5. Campaign Creators

Responsibilities

As a campaign creator, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate campaign information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Honor the results of your voting campaigns
  • Respond to participant inquiries promptly
  • Not misrepresent campaign purposes or outcomes

Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

6. Payments and Fees

Transaction Fees

  • Platform fees are deducted from campaign proceeds
  • Payment processing fees apply (via our secure payment processor)
  • All fees are disclosed before transaction completion

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
  • Processing times vary (typically 1-7 business days)
  • Valid banking information required

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for detailed information. Generally:

  • Votes cannot be refunded after submission
  • Technical issues may qualify for refunds
  • Campaign cancellations follow specific procedures
  • Donation refunds are subject to campaign creator approval

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SparkGlim and are protected by:

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Specific campaign outcomes
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SparkGlim SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
